1. What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. If you grant calendar access, we read your Google Calendar events (read-only) to help you plan your day. We never modify your calendar.

Inside Tenholm, you create tasks, goals, habits, journal entries, and other personal data. All of this is stored in your private account and protected by row-level security — no other user can access it.

2. How we use your data

  • To provide Tenholm's features: scoring, coaching, quick capture, and daily startup.
  • To generate coaching insights. All text is anonymised before processing — names, phone numbers, financial amounts, and medical data are stripped or generalised.
  • To improve the product through aggregated, non-identifiable analytics.

3. AI and privacy

Tenholm uses Anthropic's Claude models for coaching and classification. Before any AI call, your text passes through a privacy layer that removes personally identifiable information (PII), including Australian-specific patterns like TFNs, Medicare numbers, and ABNs. You can disable AI per life area in your privacy settings. Items marked as sensitive are never sent to AI.

4. Data storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS in Sydney, Australia). All connections are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

5. Data export and deletion

You can export all your data at any time from Settings. You can delete your account, which permanently removes all your data from our systems.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use a single analytics cookie for UTM attribution on sign-up. No third-party tracking cookies.
